I felt God's call to be a screenplay writer twenty years ago, and I attended two years of film school to prepare myself. Life has thrown me many curveballs, and I have not been able to pursue it until now. Please, consider keeping me covered in prayer as I venture down this path of creativity. I have a vision for other ventures if God sends along the right investors and partners...

Phase III: Merchantile & Art Center -- Painting and Pottery Classes; Art Supplies; Art Gallery for Locals; Books Written by Locals; Book Club; Stationary

Phase IV: A Chapel & Christian Counseling Center

Phase V:  Resort & Holistic Wellness Center -- Exercise Classes & Walking Track/Trails, Themed Retreats, Small Conferences; Smoking Cessation Classes; Nutrition Education Classes

Phase VI:  Non-Profit Medical Clinic & Pain Clinic -- chiropractics, massage therapy, acupuncture, prayer healing rooms, mental healthcare and prescription medication assistance.

 

Damselfly Wellness Center & Resort would be where tired souls can come for respite. It would also be a recovery center for those struggling with traumas and the weight of life. The non-profit arm would partner with local doctors, dentists and hospitals to take care of indigent care patients (saving them money) ... while also offering holistic services to those who might not be able to afford it or have it covered under their insurance. Patients accepted into the program would have to sign a contract stating they will comply with treatment programs. Our goal will be to graduate patients out of the indigent care program if they're physically and mentally able to get back to work and life. I wouldn't want this to be a crutch, but a place where they can receive healing so that they may go out and fulfill God's best for their lives.. I want to see souls enriched and help people get from one season of life to the next without feeling they're all alone in the journey.
